Getting to know you

There is room in the form for you to leave links to style references—Pinterest boards or items from our website. We’ll get back to you with options to schedule an in-person meeting at our showroom, or a remote call/chat via WhatsApp.

This initial consultation is free of charge. We’ll discuss initial ideas, clarify what’s possible within your budget, and answer any questions about the bespoke process before you decide to move forward.

Sourcing & Design

After our initial consultation, we prepare a DESIGN BRIEF outlining the scope and a projected QUOTE. As long as we stay within the agreed design, this quote will not change. A 50% deposit is required before work begins.

SOURCING

Every design starts with selecting a centre stone. We’ll work with you to source or custom-cut the perfect fit, either in person at our showroom or remotely. Our diamond database includes live images and videos so you can browse comfortably from home.

DESIGNING

Once your stones are chosen, we create a series of 3D CAD renders to show the design from all angles. You’ll have full freedom to customise and refine until you’re satisfied. Renders typically take 1–2 weeks, with extra time if multiple tweaks are requested—ensuring the design is perfected before production.

Production & Completion

Once a final design has been approved, we begin making your ring.

Using a blend of traditional and modern techniques, your ring will be produced by skilled craftsmen. We cast it in the chosen metal, then our jewellers clean, assemble, and hand-finish the piece. Stone setting, engraving, and other specialist techniques are completed with precision and care.

The production process typically takes 2–3 weeks to complete.

During peak periods such as festive or wedding seasons, the process may take slightly longer. We will always confirm the expected timeline with you in advance.

On completion we’ll notify you and arrange collection from our studio, or secure courier delivery. Photos and videos of your ring are taken so you know what to expect before receiving. Final payment is required before release.

Is our jewelry real gold?

Yes — always. Every piece is crafted in solid 14K or 18K gold, never plated or filled. Our diamonds and gemstones are natural and ethically sourced, carefully hand-set to last a lifetime.

Can I customize a design?

Of course. Most of our pieces are made-to-order, so small adjustments like metal color, gemstone shape, or engraving are completely possible.

If you’re looking to create something entirely new, our design team would love to bring your idea to life.

How long will my order take?

Each piece is handcrafted once you confirm your order.

Expect around 10–15 working days for production, plus a few days for shipping. Custom designs may take a little longer — perfection takes time.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide through trusted and insured delivery partners.

International timelines may vary based on your location and customs process, but we’ll share tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

Can I return my order?

Each Fika piece is crafted specially for you, which means we don’t accept returns or cancellations once production has begun.

However, if your jewelry arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours — we’ll make it right immediately.

What payment options do you offer?

We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, and secure online payment methods. For bespoke or international orders, direct bank transfer can be arranged upon request.

How do I find my size?

Our size chart will help you measure easily at home. If you’re unsure, just reach out — our team will guide you before placing your order.

How do I care for my jewelry?

Handle it with love. Avoid direct contact with perfumes, lotions, or moisture. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after wearing and store each piece separately to maintain its shine and brilliance.

Can I personalize or engrave my jewelry?

Yes — many of our designs can be engraved or subtly customized. Just mention your request while enquiring, and we’ll confirm the available options for that piece.
