Customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. However, since every item is custom-crafted, returns and exchanges are only accepted under specific circumstances outlined below.
Return & Exchange Policy

How to Request a Return/Exchange
Please contact our Care Team within 48 hours of delivery at hello@fikajewels.com, including:
- Your order number
- Delivery address
- A brief explanation and photos of the issue
Conditions
- Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging (box, pouch, tags, and receipt).
- Items not meeting these conditions will be returned to the sender.
- Customers bear the return shipping cost, while reshipment of the corrected order will be covered by Fika.
- Eligible replacements will be dispatched within 14 working days after inspection.
Exclusions
- Earrings are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.
- International orders are final sale and not eligible for return.
- Fika reserves the right to refuse unreasonable repair or exchange requests.
Jewelry Warranty
All Fika pieces come with a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. We take pride in craftsmanship and stand behind the quality of every piece.
- Warranty claims are valid only for purchases made directly through fikajewels.com.
Repairs & Alterations
Our jewelry is delicate by design and should be handled with care. If you require a repair or size alteration:
- Repairs and resizing start at ₹500, depending on the extent of work required.
- Please email hello@fikajewels.com with clear photos of the issue.
- Repair timelines typically range between 1–3 weeks.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only if:
- The product has a genuine manufacturing defect that cannot be replaced, or
- The order is cancelled before shipment.
Refund Timeline
- Day 1–2: Product received and inspected
- Day 3–4: Refund initiated after approval
- Day 5–6: Amount reflected in your original payment method
Note: Timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by emailing hello@fikajewels.com.
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
- Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
Shipping & Insurance
All Fika orders are shipped via trusted and insured logistics partners. Your jewelry remains fully insured until it reaches your doorstep.
Custom Orders
- All custom and personalized pieces are final sale and non-refundable.
- Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable once production begins.
