At Fika, we stand by every piece we create — crafted to be worn, cherished, and made to last a lifetime. We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all Fika creations so you can purchase with complete confidence.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
What’s Covered
- Breakage or malfunction under normal wear due to defects in material or craftsmanship, occurring within one year from the date of purchase.
- In such cases, we will repair or, at our discretion, replace the piece with the same or a comparable design.
- After the first year, we’re still here for you — depending on the nature of the damage and the time the piece has been worn, we’re happy to repair or rework it upon request.
- If replacement parts, components, or gemstones are required, a service quote will be provided before any work begins.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, or negligence
- Loss or theft of the product
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Any pieces altered or repaired by a third party
- Jewelry featuring stones not sourced or supplied by Fika (including heirloom stones)
Care & Maintenance
Proper jewelry care ensures longevity. Care instructions are provided at the time of purchase and are also available on our website. Following these guidelines will help preserve the beauty and durability of your Fika pieces.
